This course must be taken every two years to keep your State of Texas Level III Armed Security Officer license in good standing. The Level III Renewal class will give the Re-qualification needed to continue working legally as an armed security officer.
Armed security officers in the state of Texas must complete their Level III renewal course every two years. The state has the right to revoke your license if you do not renew your Level III license every two years. This means that you will have to complete the Level III course (30 hours) again.
